First things first, I want to know all about your business and what your goals are. I would love to meet, whether that be in person if you are local, or virtually. This meeting allows us to get to know each other and for me to gain a better understanding of what type of services you are looking for!
After meeting with you, I will put together a proposal specific to your needs. This includes a break down of the services agreed upon, the price, billing schedule, and a contract with all terms and conditions written out. Of course, if there are any questions or concerns with the proposal we can discuss those and make revisions.
Once the proposal has been approved and we are on the same page, the work begins! If you prefer to use social media management services, content can be put together one week at a time (content created the first week to be posted on the second). Posts with set captions and/or hashtag banks will then be scheduled (if you choose not to schedule them yourself).
It is so important to me that we keep in touch in order to stay up to date on trends, ideas, new directions, etc! It would be beneficial to meet biweekly or monthly (depending on you - I too work full time so I get it!). That way we can discuss any thought or ideas that could go great with your vision. This can be in person or virtual.
Your total payment and billing schedule will be included in your original proposal, but please note that no mattter the project schedule or total, I do ask for 50% up front with the remaining 50% due at the conclusion of the project. If you are utilizing social media management, payment is due at the beginning of each month.
